We want to make everything as fuss-free as possible. That is why if you are in the UAE, you have free returns. Let´s see all the terms and conditions in detail.
Custom-made candles can not be returned or exchanged. Candles from our collections can be returned within 15 days, however, they need to be in their original packaging and in the same condition they came in, which means that they could not have been lit.
Candles from our subscription program cannot be returned.
As we are using a wood wick, it is very important to take good care of it. The most important thing to remember when lighting your candle, is to use a lighter and not matches, as a lighter has a stronger flame. Light the wick along the surface to ensure that it burns evenly on all sides. Do not burn the candle for the first time if you don’t plan on burning it for at least an hour. A reason for that is that the first burn is the most important one. The top surface has to burn all the way to the edges of the candle to ensure a smooth top- this is also to prevent candle tunneling. After that, each time you burn the candle, scrape off uneven excess until the wick is even on all sides (wait until the wick is cold so you don’t burn yourself). Do not trim it until the brown part, just ensure that the burned part of the wick is even.
