About Our Policy

We are confident that our candles are of the best quality in the candle and sustainability market. All our candles are made of 100% coconut wax, pure wood wicks, and with essential oils that have no toxins or paraffins in them - as I said, fully natural. As all of our products are made of natural materials, impurities may occur, however, this does not effect the quality of our candles; it just shows that they are handmade with love. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of your candles simply return your unused item(s) for a refund. Custom-made candles however cannot be returned or exchanged. We work hard to make sure our candles burn perfect, and have the perfect amount of essential oils. If you don't believe us, just give them a try! We guarantee you won't be disappointed. Please remember that shipping and/or handling is non refundable.
